Crime sequence
The prosecution said the actor left her home in Thrissur in an SUV driven by Martin. Martin then informed Suni about the actor location. Suni and the other accused followed in a van. At Athani near Aluva the van hit the SUV. The prosecution said this was a staged accident.
Manikandan and Vijeesh then entered the SUV. They restrained the actor. When the car reached Kalamassery, Pradeep joined them. The prosecution said Suni threatened the actor, stripped her, raped her and recorded the act.
